Malaysia, being a diverse country with a unique composition of different ethnicities, interestingly, unites with Filipinos, having a taste palette that closely aligns with each other, especially when it comes to desserts. An example of this is the popular cendol and ais kacang — two favorite desserts in Malaysia. Similar to the traditional Filipino sweets we call “halo-halo” and “sago-gelatin”. They feature shaved ice, sweet syrups, coconut milk, and a combination of refreshing toppings.
Realizing this, we decided to offer an authentic experience with familiar flavors but with a twist, presenting something new and exciting bound to capture the local taste buds.
